Prices are based on one room (maximum occupancy 2 persons), one motor cycle and daily breakfast.

Should you decide to spend a few nights away from your accommodation in York whilst touring, we will give you $100 per night towards the cost of your alternative accommodation (this should cover the cost of a reasonable but basic hotel/motel).

Our packages can be customised to suit your needs and we would be pleased to discuss options with you.

Steps on how to book:

1. Contact us with your preferred holiday dates and await confirmation of availability 
   (We will contact you to confirm and hold the provisional reservation for 48 hours)
   
2. Arrange and book flights and advise us of your confirmed flight details
   
3. We will customise the holiday package dates to fit with your flights and requirements and then confirm by email or telephone
   
4. Only when all arrangements are confirmed should you use the on line form to book the agreed dates and then pay your booking deposit of 20%.
   
5. Once the booking form is received and deposit paid, you will receive a confirmation of booking and receipt.
   
6. A reminder contact will be made 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday and full payment of balance becomes due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
